I bought a used Alcatel Fierce cell phone. the charger looks not to belong to it. It Charged to 37% over night. I used my Presto cell phone charger over night, and it charged the Fierce to %55.Fierce phone is rated 1800mah, the presto phoone is rated 1200mah. The first charger is probably 900mah.What gives? How do I know if the phone battery is bad? or How do I know what is the max mah rate for these chargers?

Any help will be apprecited.
