Terms and Conditions of Entry
All entrants should read this before entering.
Apostrophe Management and The Primary Shakespeare Company proudly present the official Billie Piper Pre-Drinks Competition.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
'The Winner' refers to the one (1) winning ticket holder and its one (1) chosen guest.
'The Prize' refers to the one (1) prize won by the winning ticket holder.
'The Organisers' refers to Apostrophe Management, Billie Piper Official and The Primary Shakespeare Company

These Terms and Conditions are the Lottery Rules. By entering the lottery, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

This lottery is being promoted by Apostrophe Management on behalf of The Primary Shakespeare Company, Registered Charity Number 1157282 and Billie Piper Official.

For the purpose of the Gambling Act 2005, this lottery is defined as a 'Society Lottery.'

This lottery is licensed by London Borough of Southwark Council, licence number 354

To enter the lottery, you must be aged 16 (sixteen) or over.

If The Winner is aged 16 (sixteen) or 17 (seventeen), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 (eighteen).

Any attendee under the age of 18 (eighteen) will not be permitted to drink alcoholic drinks. Soft drinks will be available.

The Organisers' aim is to give away one (1) prize, total.

There is no cash alternative.

The Prize for The Winner residing in England, Wales and Scotland is:-

Two (2) return first class train tickets from a nearby major station to a major London station.

One (1) double or twin room at the Rosewood Hotel, Covent Garden checking in on Monday 01st July 2019 and checking out on Wednesday 03rd July 2019.

One (1) private car which will pick two people only up from the Rosewood Hotel, Covent Garden and take you to and from the Gala. Only the outward journey will be accompanied by Billie Piper.

Pre-drinks at the Gala with Billie Piper.

Two (2) three-course meals. Vegetarian options available.

One (1) evening of entertainment.

The Prize for The Winner residing outside of England, Wales and Scotland is:-

Two (2) return flights from a nearby major airport to a major London airport.

One (1) double or twin room at the Rosewood Hotel, Covent Garden checking in on Monday 01st July 2019 and checking out on Wednesday 03rd July 2019.

One (1) private car which will pick two people only up from the Rosewood Hotel, Covent Garden and take you to and from the Gala. Only the outward journey will be accompanied by Billie Piper.

OPTION TO EXTEND:
-
For The Winner outside the United Kingdom (UK) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) and upon prior agreement with The Organisers, The Winner may agree to pay for an extension to their visit.

This must be discussed in advance and The Organisers' decision is final.
-
The Winner will be responsible for all extra costs incurred.
-

The Prize does not include the cost of, but is not limited to excluding:-
-
Visa applications, travel documents or any other form of permission to visit the United Kingdom (UK). This must be sought by The Winner in regulation with their home country's law and must be provided to the organisers.

Travel to the departure airport.
-
Any hold, oversized or overweight luggage.
-
Travel money or exchange fees.
-
Any food or drinks at any point.
-
Any service at the hotel.
-
Any merchandise at the theatre.
-
Any other expense.

Upon notification of winning, The Winner must provide the following details within 48 hours:
-
Copies of valid and in date passports for both travelling passengers.
-
Full living address for both passengers.
-
Proof of permission to visit the United Kingdom (UK).

Any other details requested by The Organisers or its representatives

The Winner will be subject to full background checks. If The Winner or its guest fails any part of these checks, The Organisers will revoke the prize and The Winner will not seek explanation or reasoning.

All tickets shall be priced at £1.00 (One (1) Great British Pound (£ GBP))

One ticket priced at £1.00 equals (=) one entry. Players may buy as many tickets as they like.

Only tickets purchased from the official retailer; www.billiepiperoffcial.com/shop will be valid.

Resale of tickets is strictly forbidden and will be disregarded as null and void.

All lottery entry sales are final and no refunds shall be made at any time. All entrants acknowledge that their payment of £1.00 per ticket to enter the lottery does not guarantee that they will win any prize.

The tickets are not physical and entrants will only receive a confirmation email as their entry.

The draw for the prizes will be made at our lottery management company’s premises to be held on or before Sunday 23rd June 2019. You do not need to be present at the draw to win the lottery. However, a list of winners will appear on our website www.billiepiperofficial.com/win

The Organisers reserve the right in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances to substitute any part or parts of the prize acquired for the lottery for a similar prize at absolute discretion.

Full payment for each ticket must be received either in the form of cash or cleared funds before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only tickets for which full payment has been received either in the form of cash or cleared funds are eligible to win the prize.

The Winner of the lottery prizes will be notified by email.

All entrants are solely responsible for providing The Organisers with their accurate and up-to-date contact details and the organisers will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any entrant due to any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the contact details that the entrant has provided. In the event that an entrant changes their contact details, they will be solely responsible for advising the organisers.

The Organisers shall not be liable to the member for any loss or damage suffered or arising from:-

Any delays or failures in the postal service or other delivery methods used by organisers or the member from time to time.

Any delays or failures in any software or other systems used by the organisers in the administration of the lottery.

Any delays or failures in the Banking system used by The Organisers or the member.
-
Refusal by The Organisers to accept the registration of an individual as a member or the cancellation of a member.
-
Any failure to enter a chance into the draw.
-
Any event beyond the reasonable control of The Organisers.

Nothing within these terms and conditions shall create or should be construed as creating any form of contract between any entrant and The Organisers.

Any complaints relating to the lottery should be sent in email to Pablo@apostrophetalent.com giving full details of the complaint and supporting documentation.

The Organisers are committed to protecting the members’ privacy. Data that is collected from the member is used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is used solely for the purpose of processing lottery chances, information relating to the lottery draw, and informing The Winner that they have won a prize.

Any member has the right to access the information held about them. To obtain this information, please contact The Organisers by email.

The Organisers will not sell, rent or grant access of any personal data to any third party without express prior permission.

In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, the decision of The Organisers shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

The Organisers reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. In this occurrence, it will publish the amended rules.

The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules.

The Organisers nor our lottery management company shall be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you in relation to your participation in the Lottery (including loss of the opportunity to enter the Lottery and / or the chance of winning a prize).

Each entrant should retain a copy of these Terms and Conditions for their reference.

This lottery is a form of gambling. Participants must gamble sensibly. Should gambling become a problem we recommend you contact the GamCare helpline on 0845 6000 133 or visit their website on www.gamcare.org.uk. Participants with former addictions should not enter.

The Laws of England and Wales shall govern the interpretation and/or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions and The Organisers and all entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
